To ensure the reasonable use of warehousing resources and operational order, Fabulk has set unified storage periods and overdue disposal rules. Please carefully read and confirm before using the service.
1. Storage Period for Normal Goods
Paid Storage (30–60 Days)
When actual storage time exceeds 30 days but is within 60 days, the system will charge storage fees upon waybill submission:
1 USD / Order ID / Day
Storage Fee = (100 – 30) × 1 USD × 2 = 140 USD
2. Overdue Items Exceeding 60 Days ⚠️
If more than 60 days have passed since warehouse receipt, and the user has neither submitted a waybill, applied for extension, nor contacted customer service, it shall be deemed as voluntarily waiving custody and disposal rights.
Fabulk reserves the right to independently dispose of goods including but not limited to:
- Destruction or liquidation
- Resale or public welfare disposal
- Other legal means
- No refund or compensation will be provided for disposed goods
- Purchasing fees, commodity payments, and warehousing fees are non-refundable
- No additional notice or consent is required once 60-day period expires
3. Abnormal Package Warehousing Rules ⚠️
Definition: Physical goods received in warehouse but cannot be matched to a user account due to missing logistics info or unsubmitted pick-up requests.
Abnormal packages without feedback for over 60 days are considered waived claims. The platform may directly destroy or legally dispose of them without notice, refund, or liability.
⚠️ Due to inability to match user information, no expiration reminders will be sent for abnormal packages.
4. Scope of Custodial Responsibility
Within the effective storage period, Fabulk assumes reasonable warehousing responsibilities. However, product shelf life is excluded from storage liability.
The platform is not liable for deterioration, expiration, or damage caused by inherent characteristics of:
- Perishable food items
- Cosmetics and skincare products
- Liquid commodities
- Goods with shelf life shorter than storage period
5. Reminder Mechanism
- Upon QC Completion: One-time email notification when goods enter warehouse
- Before Free Period Ends: Email reminder as 30-day free storage approaches expiration
- Before Paid Period Ends: Second reminder before exceeding 30 paid days
👉 Failure to receive reminders due to incorrect email, spam filters, or unchecked inbox does not affect overdue disposal enforcement. Abnormal packages do not receive reminders.
6. Final Statement
- Users must submit waybills or apply for extensions within valid storage period
- Overdue goods = relinquished ownership and disposal rights
- Platform holds final disposal authority without separate notice
- No refunds, no compensation for overdue disposals
