Quality Inspection Rules

What's Included in Standard Inspection

We check every item for prohibited or restricted products. We verify the appearance: style, quantity, color, size, model, and any damage or flaws. We take standard photos during the inspection. After inspection, we repackage the items in their original packaging and store them in the warehouse.

When You Choose Standard Inspection

If you select "Standard Inspection" when placing your order, we will inspect any items that are not in sealed packaging.

What we check:

• Style, quantity, color, size, and model
• Main logos on the front and back (for serious defects or missing logos)
• Damage or obvious flaws like stains, color changes, scratches, fraying, or creases

For purchasing agency orders, we default to providing the service of retrieving shipping documents and invoices.

Defect Size Limits & Photo Standards

Our quality inspectors follow strict defect measurement criteria:

• Round defects: 0.5 cm or larger
• Other defects: 1 cm or longer

We will take 2 standard inspection photos (front and back) after checking. Special orders shall be based on the actual photographed results.

If there are special requirements other than standard quality inspection photography, please contact our customer service to accurately verify the actual arrival status of the goods. Otherwise, you shall bear the relevant risks yourself.

a) Inspection Rules for Special Orders

For orders related to 1 yuan auctions, lucky bags, fake product links, links without real products, universal auctions, shipping fee auctions, quantity auctions, and orders where the store's product images are mosaicked, since we cannot obtain the real product details, we are unable to verify information such as the style, quantity, color, size, and model of the received goods.

We will only inspect whether the product's appearance has serious damage, stains, discoloration, or defects. Please refer to the inspection photos for the specific product details.

b) Inspection Rules for Sealed Packaged Goods

For all sealed packaged goods, as well as non-clothing/bags/shoes goods with sealing labels or sealing strips, we will not open the package for inspection. We will only check whether the outer packaging is intact and determine whether the received goods are correct based on the outer packaging information.

By default, we will not open the product packaging for inspection or taking photos.

c) Inspection Rules for Electrical Appliances and Digital Products

Goods with high professional requirements, such as electrical appliances, digital products, and electronic peripheral products — their authenticity, functionality, and quality are not within the scope of standard inspection. Quality inspectors only check the appearance of the goods and will not conduct power-on inspection.

d) Situations Not Covered by Inspection Scope

The following situations are not within the scope of standard inspection:

• Defects in the goods that conform to the seller's statement
• Subjective quality differences of goods
• Actual usage effects of the product (such as color difference, dimensional error, phone case/film model, glasses prescription, clothing lining, appearance of the product box, letter printing quality or absence of non-primary logos, etc.)

e) Inspection Rules for Intimate Clothing

For intimate clothing, if you choose "inspect and photograph the goods by opening the original packaging", we will default to unpacking for quality inspection.

If you mind unpacking, please choose "inspect and photograph the goods without opening the original packaging" when submitting your order.

g) Inspection Rules for Figurines

• Non-sealed packaged figurines: Will be normally opened for inspection.
• Sealed packaged figurines: Figurines with a sealing label at the opening of the packaging box will not be unpacked for inspection; only the outer packaging will be checked for integrity and whether the packaging box has serious damage.
• Groove-embedded packaging figurines: Will not be taken out for inspection; only inspected based on the externally visible area.

h) Standard Inspection Gift Description

• If the items purchased in the order are clearly stated in the store homepage details to include free gifts, we will verify whether the free gifts have arrived during the inspection process.
• If the product details do not indicate that a gift is included, it is assumed that there is no gift, and we will not verify the gift.
• All gifts provided by the seller, regardless of their value, shall be owned by you. We will store all gifts together with the main product in the warehouse and send them to you.

Special Intactness Standard Reference Table

The packaging of some products must refer to the standards in the table below. If the product packaging does not meet the requirements, the no-questions-asked return and exchange policy will not apply.

For food (including health food), cosmetics, medical devices, family planning products, personal care products, baby diapers, books, and audio-visual products with sealed outer packaging — they shall not be opened. "Sealed" refers to packaging measures where the manufacturer has applied a seal (label) or overall plastic (airtight) sealing.
