At Fabulk, we believe international sourcing should be simple and transparent. With our upgraded One-Checkout Fulfillment Model, everything you need is calculated before payment, so there are no unexpected charges during fulfillment.

Your Total Order Includes
1. Product Cost
The factory price from China. Fabulk does not add hidden markups to product prices.
2. Domestic Delivery
Shipping from the supplier to the Fabulk Quality Inspection Center. For most orders, this cost is already included or subsidized by Fabulk.
3. Sourcing & Fulfillment Service
Our service fee covers the complete procurement process, including supplier purchasing, order coordination, quality inspection, product photography, warehouse receiving, secure storage, order management, packaging preparation, and customer support.
Service Fee: 4%–6% (depending on membership level and order amount)
4. International Shipping
Your international shipping cost is calculated before checkout based on destination country, shipping method, package weight, and package dimensions. The shipping fee is included in your final payment.
⚠️ There is no second shipping payment after your order reaches our warehouse.
5. Customs Duties & Taxes
Depending on your destination country and shipping method, customs duties or import taxes may apply. If you choose a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option, these costs are already included. For DDU shipments, import taxes are collected by local customs when required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are product prices marked up?
No. Fabulk displays supplier prices and charges a separate sourcing service fee.
Will I be asked to pay shipping again?
No. With our upgraded One-Checkout system, international shipping is included in your checkout calculation. There is no second shipping payment.
Can the final shipping cost change?
Normally, no. Your shipping cost is calculated before payment using verified package information and our logistics pricing engine. If your order changes (such as adding or removing items before shipment), the shipping cost may be recalculated before fulfillment.
What if customs duties change?
Import duties are determined by local customs regulations. If you select a DDP shipping service, duties are included. Otherwise, local customs may request payment upon import.
