Returns & Compensation Policy

Domestic Returns, Restricted Items, Cross-Border Returns & Service Guarantees

1. Domestic Return Types in China

Packages may be returned within China for the following reasons:

  • Logistics Provider Failure: Damage during operation, oversized/overweight packages, or incorrect postal codes preventing export.
  • Security Check Failure: Packages rejected by postal or airport security inspections.
  • Customs Inspection: Parcels containing restricted items returned by customs authorities.

Return Handling Process

For all domestic returns, the logistics provider will contact Fabulk offline to arrange return via pick-up driver, domestic express, or other methods. The original shipping fee will be fully refunded to your Fabulk account balance.

⚠️ If the logistics provider incurs return handling fees, these costs must be borne by the customer.

2. Logistics Shipping Fee Refund Standards

Full Refund

Returns due to third-party logistics operational failure or pre-aviation security check failure.

No Refund After Aviation Security

If returned after passing aviation security checks, neither shipping nor registration fees are refunded.

No Refund & No Compensation

Goods confiscated or destroyed due to security/customs failure. Loss of goods is not compensated.

3. Commonly Returned Restricted Items

The following items are frequently rejected by security or customs. You may mix them with ordinary items, ship separately, or choose alternative channels, but residual risks of return, fines, or confiscation remain.

👉 For goods marked with the "prohibited" icon after purchase, contact customer service to verify if restrictions can be lifted. Lifting restrictions means you assume all customs risks independently.

4. PRC Import/Export Prohibitions & Restrictions

Goods purchased in China must comply with PRC laws. Key categories include:

Prohibited from Entry & Exit

  • Weapons, simulated weapons, ammunition, explosives
  • Counterfeit currency and securities
  • Materials harmful to politics, economy, culture, or morality
  • Highly toxic poisons, narcotics, psychotropic substances
  • Animals/plants carrying dangerous germs or pests
  • Foods/drugs harmful to health or from epidemic areas
  • State secrets, precious cultural relics, endangered species

Restricted from Entry & Exit

  • Radio transceivers, communication security devices
  • Tobacco, alcohol, national currency
  • Precious metals (gold/silver), foreign currencies & securities
  • Precious Chinese medicinal herbs, general cultural relics
  • Endangered animals/plants and their propagation materials

5. International Cross-Border Returned Packages

If a package shipped abroad is returned due to failed international security checks, no recipient signature, unknown address, or undeliverable status, you are responsible for reshipping fees.

⚠️ Free reshipment or refund only applies if the return reason is delivery error or waybill detachment caused by the platform.
