We are a wholesale platform, so mixed styles and colors count together. Once the combined order reaches $80, you get wholesale pricing — one piece per style is fine.

Most prices on the site exclude shipping: you choose a shipping method at checkout and see the exact freight before paying. Products in our Free Shipping zone already ship free. On larger orders we can also quote duty-paid (DDP) door-to-door delivery, with US duties covered by Fabulk.

Factories normally deliver to our warehouse within 3–5 days. Inspection and intake take about 2 days, so most orders ship within a week. If you are in a hurry we can split the shipment and send what has already arrived.

Start with listings that show real photos at a fair price — the cheapest listings are the least consistent. When goods reach our warehouse we inspect them and upload photos, so you can review the actual item first.

Yes. Send your order number or member ID and we pack them into a single parcel, which cuts international freight compared with shipping each order separately.

Yes to both. For FBA, give us the labelling and packing details after ordering. For a warehouse in China, send the address and we will estimate the freight for you.

Send your order number with a signed-delivery photo and a short video. Once we verify the problem we reship or refund. Slight color differences are normal — monitors and lighting vary.

Within 5 days of arrival you can return for any reason; domestic shipping, commission and handling fees are deducted. After that window, returns depend on whether the factory accepts them.
